we are looking at snow across columbus circle, knox. that's one of the places we'll see less snow. we'll see more further west and north of the city. the reason we're getting the snow, the cold air is coming in, the storm is moving in and as they mix together we'll see more of the wrap-around effect from the storm system. washington, d.c., has been changing over from snow to rain at times, big fluffy flakes in washington, d.c., and baltimore around 10:00 or 11:00 this morning. but look at the rain/snow line, kind of stretches across central new jersey. we're also going to see this storm grow and intensify tonight. this is going to be a big snowmaker for coastal new england. in fact, you can see three to five inches for pennsylvania, upstate new york, parts of virginia, western maryland. as we zoom in, the winter weather advisory calls for 1 to 3 inches in new york city, upstate heavier amounts but boston, providence, areas of southeast connecticut, you could see 4 to 8 inches. and in some locations, don't be surprised if you get higher than 8 inches with this coastal storm. and thi
